Terrible customer service

Macy's canceled my order/initiated a return before the package was even delivered. I ordered this tie and a shirt for my fiancé to wear at our wedding. I guess I'll have to find another store to shop at. There was no attempt to contact me, just an email saying my return was successful, which came as a complete surprise as I was eagerly awaiting the order.
