Flattering for petite size women

My regular size (12) was too snug, but size 14 fit great. The style is flattering, and looser fit keeps me cool. I’m 5’2” and length on me reaches below mid-calf.

The fabric is too heavy! Cut is too long. I’m 5’9 and ordered a M but the length is still too long! Not a summer dress. Other than the length and fabric, the cut is nice. Returned it.
