Sloppy cut

I loved the sweatshirt until I looked closer and realized that the "V" in the front looks like it's cut with scissors! Ruined the look for me. What's the purpose of hacking "there" with scissors? It would have been fine if it had been a polished "V" . It changes the whole look. Disappointed. Fit so well and so cute otherwise, not sure if I will return it but leaning that way. :(
