Nice jacket, but arrived damaged

Received this and tried it on and it fit, so I threw packaging away. However, when I went to wear it, I noticed there is a small tear on the sleeve cuff that I didn’t notice at first.

At the time of purchase I thought I was buying a suit and when I realized that it was sold separately I ordered the pants and they aren’t the same shade of gray. Not pleased with that at all
