Unhappy

This item was delivered damaged. The sequin has fallen off of both shoulders and the seams of the arms. There are several "bald spots". I am so disappointed! I was planning on wearing it for Easter. Now, they tell me it is last act and cannot be returned! The damage is very obvious. My question is who thought it was alright to mail to any customer?
