Great Everyday Coat

I love this coat. It makes your waist look really snatched. It’s not really a cream color as the description and picture online show. Think more of an Oatmeal so off cream. It runs true to size - I am 5’7 and 155 pounds and bought a large so I could wear sweaters under it. I wear a lot of vests and wanted a dressier coat but not a long coat since they are hard to wear when getting in and out of the car. It’s beautifully lined. I bought mine in the store but like it so much, came looking for a black one online.

COAT RECEIVED

My husband was more than a bit ticked when this coat showed up with the security tag still attached. This is two out of the last four coats he has purchased for me from Macy's that were sent with tag attached. The coat itself is lovely, however.

Beautiful Coat!

It is such a beautiful coat.. i gave it 4 stars because it did not come in petite. I am 5'3 and it comes just above my knee. Heavy material and very stylish.

Classy but very heavy.

This is one of the classiest cut coats I've ever seen. Big problem is that it is very heavy. I have developed osteoporosis from cancer medication and the coat is heavy enough that it could fracture my fragile bones. Loved the coat but just couldn't carry the weight. Had to return.

Don’t buy it.

I've been a Macy's customer for about 25 years, but I will no longer be. Unfortunately, I ordered this coat by mistake, and when I tried to cancel it, I was treated very disrespectfully by the worst customer service representative. It's not fair to pay for an item you won't wear because it's a "final sale," and I haven't even received it yet. By the way, those final sale letters are so small you can't even notice them. They only appear in large letters after you pay for the order, indicating that it cannot be returned. The changes to Macy's policy are a real shame. I used to highly recommend Macy's to family and friends because of their reliability and fair customer service, but those days are over.

Love this coat!

I love this coat! It’s a classic look that can be dressed up or down and feels very high end. Color seems slightly darker than the photo but it’s gorgeous!
