I loved it! It is very flattering and comfortable, for us shorter girls the slit is a little bit below the knee so you don’t have to worry about showing anything.

Why the side slit?

The dress has a very nice silhouette and a nice length, especially for a more mature person. I was suprised that it had a slit up to the thigh. The pictures did not show the slit, nor does the description indicate that there is one. Quite frankly the slit is not needed in a dress with this shape. I like this dress and because I sew, I chose to close the slit.

Navy Dress

Beautiful dress, fits well, was not expecting shoulder pads. Very Heavy!

Okay if you don’t need to lift your arms

I had to return the dress. It fit well, but the sleeves were sewn oddly so that raising my arms pulled the belted waist up to my chest.

Subtly alluring dress

Beautiful fit, true to size. It’s perfect for an hourglass figure. It hangs well, and holds up well to both wearing and washing. It’s a head turner at work, but still modest. There is a slit in a front seam that can be sewn shut if you like. The hem on mine unraveled even after washing on delicate cycle, but I mended it. Love this dress!

A hidden spilt

There is split in the front of the dress that is not on any of the pictures. Other then that is is a nice dress I changed out the belt to yellow one.
