Not Good Experience

I placed my order on December 15, 2025, and the estimated delivery timeframe provided was 3–6 business days, which would have made December 23, 2025 the latest expected arrival date. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered until December 30, 2025, causing me to miss the occasion for which I specifically purchased the boots. In addition, the boots are too tall for a size 5.5, as they reach and touch my knee. I tried them on indoors and walked briefly on the floor for a few minutes to assess the fit. After determining they were not suitable, I attempted to return them. However, the store refused the return on the basis that the boots were considered “worn.” Now I am stuck with these pretty pricy boots and can't really wear. Given the significant delivery delay and the limited try-on use solely to evaluate fit, I am disappointed with this outcome.
