Coat is warm and comfortable

The coat is warm and comfortable, but the zipper is not great!! The zipper does not zip easily, and it keeps getting caught on the lining very disappointing considering this almost a $400 coat!!! I did get it on sale $145 but it is still alot of money for a coat that is going to be destroyed because of the zipper.

The Hood IS NOT Detachable

It’s a nice coat. Yes, it’s very heavy, but I live in the Midwest, so I’m looking for warmth. However, either the description is incorrect, or I was sent the wrong item — the hood is attached. If this is important to you, you may want to check out another coat. (I’m trying to decide whether or not I want to keep it, just because of this fact.)
