Beautiful but under sized

This is a beautiful well made blouse. I love the fabric colors but wish it had more give, stretch ability. The size runs too small though. I will be returning it.

pretty but....

The blouse is very pretty and fits well, except it has some shiny silver thread all over the blouse and it is itchy especially around the neck.
