Wrong color sent twice

I ordered the Berry Glaze color but instead received Raspberry Cream by mistake. I then placed a second order for Berry Glaze, and once again, I was sent the incorrect color. I’m frustrated and disappointed that, after two attempts, I still haven't received the color I originally wanted.

Sent wrong color

I ordered Raspberry cream, but they sent me berry glaze. I thought they had just made a mistake, but reading the comments, it seems not.

complain about wrong color item

The problem is when you sort the colors, (this is my second return), if you want the pink sweatshirt, choose raspberry cream, if you want the burgundy choose berry glaze, but the sweatshirt is nice and true size just a little tight at the waist,just little!

Soft cozy sweatshirt

I ordered the Berry Glaze color in small and medium. Received the color Raspberry Cream in error. I did end up keeping the small size as I really liked the color. I placed another order for the Berry Glaze in small and again received the wrong color of Raspberry Cream. It now shows size small is out of stock in Berry Glaze. Dissatisfied that I wasn't able to get the color I wanted due to being sent the wrong color twice. However giving 5 stars as it is well made and soft and cozy. I am 5'2", 133 lbs and 32F. The small fit perfectly. If you want a loose oversize fit, order one size up.

Wrong color sent twice

I ordered the raspberry cream and received the pink color twice. Spoke with customer service twice and was assured I would receive the correct color but incompetence online ordering could not get it right.

Send me the wrong color

I ordered a raspberry cream color but they send me the berry glaze color. When I called them they said to return it and I wouldn’t get anything else from them for messing up my order.
