Very large heavy dress

This dress is of good quality and the blue color is great but it is extremely voluminous and heavy. It runs large, I should have sized down one size from my normal size. It is also very heavy. I expected it to be a lightweight summer cotton, but it has the weight of a dress you would only wear to a special occasion. Sadly, I will be returning it.
