Beautiful coat

This is a beautiful, sophisticated coat. I ordered it for a trip to Europe and was pleasantly surprised with the colour (a darker burgundy than appears on the website — almost plum) and style. I am 5’3” and weigh about 100 pounds and found the XXS to be a good fit, falling just above my knees and allowing enough groom for a sweater underneath. The wool content is 50%, and I do think it would keep me warm. Although it is a lovely coat, it does feel bulky, and the double zipper and inner button make it a bit cumbersome to take on and off. Because I live in a Southern city and likely would get limited use out of the coat after my trip, I likely will return it, though it is tempting to keep given the price and style. Also, the coat did have a really strong metallic smell either from the dye or the zippers. I would hope it would dissipate, but is something to note for those sensitive to smells.

Love it, so chic

It fit perfectly, just a little bit bigger, the way I like it since I tend to layer u or wear thick sweaters in the winter. The wine color is so beautiful and the fabric is lightweight but keeps me super warm. I would buy this again because it is such a flattering piece.
