Disappointing Service

Beautiful color...but

Love the plum color, beautiful soft leather and size. I am returning it because the straps were not leather and were too wide. They were too sporty and did not go with the with bag My bag did not have any hardware hanging on the zipper so it looked plain and out of balance.

Love .. except...

I haven't used it yet...love how it opens up and can easily see what's in there without too much digging. Nice size. I took one star away because the color is way off from the picture that is presented in the app. I bought the Blue Multi and it is very much more like a grey. Not that Spring sky blue that it looks in the picture. I'm keeping because I still like it..just disappointed that it isn't as it shows.
