Disappointing Service

Ordered but missing the coin purse. Tried to order in store and the clerk did not complete. I called the customer service the next day and said they couldn’t complete the order and could not replace it. Super disappointed with the sevice provided.

Beautiful color...but

Love the plum color, beautiful soft leather and size. I am returning it because the straps were not leather and were too wide. They were too sporty and did not go with the with bag My bag did not have any hardware hanging on the zipper so it looked plain and out of balance.

Love .. except...

I haven't used it yet...love how it opens up and can easily see what's in there without too much digging. Nice size. I took one star away because the color is way off from the picture that is presented in the app. I bought the Blue Multi and it is very much more like a grey. Not that Spring sky blue that it looks in the picture. I'm keeping because I still like it..just disappointed that it isn't as it shows.

Supposed to be window shopping only.

On the day I went in Macy's, I had no plan to buy bags and shoes. The sales clerk approached me and offered the items I'd been checking and encourage me to check the price after he discount made. Here I am, can't refused the offered and all the items I am interested with. It has an affordable price, the shoes very comfortable, bags are in good quality. Most of all the very good customer service by offering the specials of the store products. Keep up the employees knowledgeable and love their job.
