Ugh-not black

I was so excited my husband got these for me for Christmas. I had been looking for a black silverware set for a while. These are 100% not black. Too bad, they are a beautiful quality and shape. Sent back and on the hunt again.

Not Satin Black - Brushed Chromium Black

Haven't used yet, seems nice set. These are NOT satin black though. The packaging clearly states Chromium plated. No text mentioning Gaze Satin, so either they are replacing these items with something simliar or just misrepresented. Seem nice but definitely brushed chromium, black color.

These are definitely chrome, dark silver colored. they are not as dark black as in the photo, which is what I was looking for. They seem durable and good quality though.
