Product is average, customer service HORRIBLE

This review is less about the sandals, which are average and a bit cheap looking. It’s totally about the horrible service from macys.com. I ordered these and paid extra to have them 2 day shipped. The next day I got an email saying it would be 4 days, which is too late. First call, the agent in India said the order was cancelled. When no notice came through, I phoned a second time and the Filipino agent said the shoes had to be delivered first and then I could file a claim. When I called a third time, the agent assured me the order would be canceled and the shoes wouldn’t arrive. None of these things happened. I received the shoes late and got charged. I don’t care if the supplier was a third party. Don’t promise two day delivery on your site and then blame the vendor who macys has an agreement with. And tell your phone agents to actually do what they say they are going to do. I spent a total of 1.5 hours on this for nothing. NEVER ordering from macys.com again.
