  • The packaging is not really good and it scratched the bottle, it also started tearing in the corner here. Its a 145 dollar product, i was expecting a little more here.

Package stolen not received

Customer service is useless and worthless. Cologne was a gift was supposed to come on Dec 24 it got delayed. Then an empty box showed upon Dec 26 delivered by “DoorDash” why does a luxury company like Macys ship using door dash? What genius at Macys corporate thought of not using FedEx/ ups to deliver expensive products. Let’s just give it a a random idiot thief to screw over the paying customer. It’s now 12/29 and still no replacement after talking to Macys India customer service they said they were shipping a replacement and no updates in email or the app. Whoever thought to use door dash to deliver Christmas’s presents should be slapped repeatedly and fired

A MUST HAVE for "those" evenings
