I hate this mop!

I had the original spin mop orange and gray mop bucket when they first made them and they were amazing! Mine broke and I got a new one and I found out the hard way that they're redesign of the drain was deficient at best when the mop bucket drained out on my floors causing them to swell and ruining them. They sent me a new mop bucket to which I have the same issue with that is now ruined a second floor. I even glued it shut when I got it to try and prevent that from happening and over time I guess it ate away at the glue and ruined a second floor. The first mob was amazing before it had a drain that pops out. This is a design flaw that they need to correct and go back to the way that originally was with the pull-up top that drains out the bottom. Otherwise I love this mop I wish they would fix it so I could get a new one but I can't keep ruining my floors with their design flaws!! This my bucket in particular is no good because it flops over when you try and spin it out it doesn't stay up right it's a mess I don't recommend it!!

Great System...But

The concept and ease of use I would give 5 stars to The issue that caused me to rate as a 3 star however, was that the plastic plate that attaches to the mop pole (and holds the replaceable mop head itself) broke. The plastic around the holes holding it to the pole cracked, and now it will no longer stay attached to the pole, rendering it useless. I have searched high and low for a replacement mop or handle (so I could keep the bucket system I already have) but it doesn't appear to be a replaceable part - I would have to buy the entire system all over again, to get the handle. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this system.

Bad mop

I just bought this mop about 5 days ago and I regret it it’s the worst spin mop I could have purchased I will never buy a product from this company ever again it leaks when it has water in it and the handles fall apart easily

Leaks

I bought this yesterday and was super exited and I was like finally a separate clean/dirty water bucket. Once I used it and spun the mop it’s started leaning underneath the baby blue bucket right underneath the screws. Super disappointed. The actual mop is pretty cool right until it stared leaking. Not impressed.

Really not worth it.

I had this mop system for a month. Not liking it. The statement of keeping clan and dirty water separate is not entirely factual. When you dip your mop to re-wet it, the clean gets dirty. So, you either use more cleaning products or reuse the water from the spin bucket until you need to change it. More work then it worth. I gave 2 stars because it is space saving with the nesting buckets, the wring system is nice and the mop head is good. The handle is do see where it is not very strong. I see it breaking with hard usage.

Mop head material poor

Used this for the first time. I had no issues assembling the mop or the buckets. Spinner worked well and all components stayed in place. What I dont like is the mop head. Firstly, you have to use your hands to stuff it all into the spinner. Spinner opening is too small for the mop head and not a fan of getting my hands wet using this device. Secondly, what ever it's made from is so fibrous that after mopping my kitchen, it was so matted together that it was like mopping with 4 large balls. I have spent time pulling them apart (like matted hair). Put it through the laundry and there's still more separating to do. If this continues I'll have to trash this thing.

Amazingly convenient

The Casabella Spin mop has to be the most convenient mopping system I have ever used. Fill one side with cleaner and water and always have clean water thanks to the double sided bucket that separates the dirty water from the fresh. Highly recommend.
