Soft but defective

Towels are soft and lightweight. However, they came with a chemical smell. I washed them according to instructions and the smell disappeared, but the hem on one of the hand towels totally frayed. I will have to sew in back and repair it since I washed them and they are not returnable. Macy's quality control has not been impressive in the last few years.

Perfume soaked towrls

The towels are beautiful but why were they soaked in perfume before they were packaged for shipment? Wow! Too strong!!!

Plush towels

Quality towels but a little disappointed with the color. I thought “shadow blue” would have a touch of a gray shade but they’re just a light blue.
