Soft but defective

Towels are soft and lightweight. However, they came with a chemical smell. I washed them according to instructions and the smell disappeared, but the hem on one of the hand towels totally frayed. I will have to sew in back and repair it since I washed them and they are not returnable. Macy's quality control has not been impressive in the last few years.

Quality towels but a little disappointed with the color. I thought “shadow blue” would have a touch of a gray shade but they’re just a light blue.

Disappointed

These "blood orange" towels looked beautiful in picture on the website. They are not "blood orange" just plain orange, disappointed! After first washing there was lint everywhere, especially on the towels themselves, disappointed! They are not as thick as Charter Club or Ralph Lauren's, disappointed! I purchased them because they were "blood orange" and I needed them for my bathroom fall theme.
