This mini Cast Iron is awesome

I love the Chef cast iron mini baking pan.  The cast iron pan is heavy and it’s just the right size for for a mini dessert or whatever you choose to bake or cook in it.  I made mini sweet potaote pies / the color was nice and golden - they turned out perfect

I Did Not Get Previous Review

She gave this review Sheryl 1 month ago. I thought it was a muffin pan. I did not get it. I thought maybe from the photo she was commenting on the roundness and it not being the regular flat bottom. I did not read measurements. To hopefully help someone before purchasing to picture it better take 16 gulf balls and line up 4 rows with 4 balls in each row. That is approximately the size of whatever you bake. Approximately in inches each individual bake is about 1 1/2 inches wide each x 16 of them and the pan itself is approximately 8 inches by 8 inches. It is indeed a heavy little thing though. It is still a keeper but not a meal for me just a snack LOl. Just joking. Recommends this product

Decently thick pan with good heat retention

It’s a decently thick pan with good heat retention. First time might be tricky and I would suggest using more oil to grease the pan. Nonstick capability of this cast iron pan gets better with more use.
