The sleeves & ruffles are quite big, though the material feels nice, had to return

Darling, Beautiful Blouses; Don’t fit well.

I think the CeCe blouses are absolutely beautiful. I am so disappointed in the cut. This leopard blouse is darling. When I put it on, it was so unflattering. The torso balloons out. The other blouses run small. The chest is a tight fit. I will be keeping a few and returning a few. :(

Elegant blouse

Elegant, lined blouse, true to size, can be dressed up or down. Very forgiving at the waistline and the flutter sleeves are attractive. CeCe, please make more of this style. So feminine and classy.
