Ce Ce Floral-Print Blouse

I love the fit of this CeCe Floral blouse and have another in a solid color, as well. They are light in weight, comfortable to wear, and can be worn in all seasons, including with a sweater. The covered button issue mentioned by a reviewer can be easily alleviated by only unbuttoning the top two and slipping it on.

Dressy Floral Print Top

Nice loose-fitting dressy top. Fabric is textured, so it feels a little rough, but not bad. Inside is smoother.

Poor Quality Material

I agree with the other reviewers who said that this blouse is made of a poor quality material and is overpriced. The fit is flattering, nice sleeve length, and floral print is beautiful, but the material seems scratchy and has a rough feel to it. I wear an XL and it fit perfectly. I gave three stars for design and fit.

Scratchy and overpriced - very cheap material.

The shirt looks cute on the website. It's very cheap synthetic and very scratchy. It would not feel good against anyone's skin. Also, the price is very high - especially for garbage material. Absolutely not worth the price and not wearable. Disappointing for the Cece brand that I usually think is okay.
