Good, but ULTRA High Waisted

Bought these to replace a pair that were a couple years old. They are almost identical in every way and fit perfectly. Size 9, waist 29, hip 40. The only thing is that they are ULTRA high waisted. I don't think I recall seeing that anywhere in the listing and wasn't expecting it. Its fine, but caught me a little off guard.

Just ok

Pants are nice BUT the sizing is small in the waist. Bought size 3, 26 waist but the waist is tight.
