Horrendously Bad Coating Scrapes Off Immediately

The coating on these so awful that it chips off even before travel, and the wheels are uneven. I am so upset that I bought these and want to warn others. I purchased this set in late April, put my winter coats, jackets and sweaters in them in late May and stored them in my closet. It's finally cold, so I pulled them out, only to discover that they are completely trashed, from simply stacking and storing them. Their tags are still on them. They have not left the house. And now I am having to argue a return with Macy's. I'm just shocked at how terrible the quality is. Imagine treating yourself to a "brand new" set of luggage, only to go out into public with scraped, damaged suitcases that look like they came from a trash bin. Please see photos. One can only imagine what these would look like after one flight or journey through airport conveyer belts. This was my first try of "Champs" and it is certainly my last. I'm most especially disappointed that Macy's would carry such an

Not what I expeted

I returned this set of luggage. I was hoping for something sturdier and larger. It felt flimsy and compared to other luggage I've had it seemed really small. May be suitable for a weekend trip but I would worry about how it would hold up over time giving the way the airlines handle luggage. Not for me.
