I’m impressed

I received this product for Christmas and I honestly didn’t expect much. But one night I decided to use it as my lips were chapped and ohhh I felt my lips softer and a bit plumper was a nice sensation in using it every night now

Arrived too late

I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. It was supposed to be here several days before I needed it but instead it arrived 5 days later than expected, after the date I needed it. I was worried about this since it kept saying “processing” when I looked at my purchase history. I’m returning it since it didn’t arrive on time and I had to buy something else at the last minute. Shipping /processing time stink. Not the only shipping issue I encountered this holiday season. Very disappointed in Macy’s shipping this season.

Very nice set.

This is a very nice set. The lipstick is a classic premium quality, long lasting, rich and creamy, not waxy lipstick. Chanel makes some of the best lipsticks of all of the luxury brands. My favorite brand! I am not familiar with the lip ointment, but wanted to try it out for my lips during the cold harsh winters in the Midwest. The dark navy blue pouch is very roomy and the perfect size for your on the go cosmetics. My foundation powder, brush, lipstick, mini perfume, hand cream and lip primer easily fit in the pouch. Very nice pouch made of fabric which looks and feels like a classic tweed Chanel suit. Beautiful set. If you are giving it as a gift set, I would had a few more Chanel items to it.
