Arrived too late
I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. It was supposed to be here several days before I needed it but instead it arrived 5 days later than expected, after the date I needed it. I was worried about this since it kept saying “processing” when I looked at my purchase history. I’m returning it since it didn’t arrive on time and I had to buy something else at the last minute. Shipping /processing time stink. Not the only shipping issue I encountered this holiday season. Very disappointed in Macy’s shipping this season.

This is a very nice set. The lipstick is a classic premium quality, long lasting, rich and creamy, not waxy lipstick. Chanel makes some of the best lipsticks of all of the luxury brands. My favorite brand! I am not familiar with the lip ointment, but wanted to try it out for my lips during the cold harsh winters in the Midwest. The dark navy blue pouch is very roomy and the perfect size for your on the go cosmetics. My foundation powder, brush, lipstick, mini perfume, hand cream and lip primer easily fit in the pouch. Very nice pouch made of fabric which looks and feels like a classic tweed Chanel suit. Beautiful set. If you are giving it as a gift set, I would had a few more Chanel items to it.

Very nice gift set
Love the beautiful and spacious Chanel navy blue beauty bag. The fabric reminds me of a classic bouclé Chanel suit. The lipstick is Rouge Allure Velvet, a beautiful matte color. The Hydra Beauty Micro Serum Levres, is new to me. I am hoping it will work well for my dry lips during winter. Just a tiny bit of this serum goes a long way. Very nice set.

Excellent
Excellent. Smooth and glides on easily. The color is perfect and doesn’t dry up but it still maintains the matte look.
Disappointment
I am very disappointed ( There is nothing in common with the photo of this lipstick. Colorless and pale lipstick. Wasted money and the feeling that I was deceived. I would like to return this lipstick if possible.
Chanel Lip Colour
Never received the product and therefore cannot write a review for something I don't have in my possession.
Shades?
It would be helpful in reviews if the lipstick shade was included instead of just its a beautiful color.
