The caps are awful on these very expensive products are you or have you fixed it yet?? Disappointed I really want to buy.

Terrible cap on this product.

I would have loved this body wash if I could have opened the cap. Terrible cap on it. This is supposed to be a new and user friendly cap, but it’s not!!! Won’t buy again if the cap does not change.

Not as great as I was hoping.

Not my best choice.The fragrance is pleasant but short lived.Requires only a drop or two and has great lather. I would recommend it but only for the lather.

The shower gel is true to its name and has an awesome fragrant throughout the day, lite elegant scent.

Gel Great, but Twist Cap Breaks so can't use it.

Change this shower gel to a screw cap and not this obnoxious twist cap that breaks off every time, so you can't access the product. The bottle is too stiff to try to squeeze the product out. Also, with wet hands in the shower, it is near impossible to manipulate this twist cap. Four friends have stopped using this product because of this nonfunctioning and frustrating cap. Chanel, PLEASE use a SCREW-OFF CAP for women to be able to easily and safely access this wonderful shower gel. Why cheapen your products with this tacky twist cap that always breaks off!
