Almost three weeks still in shipping

I placed the order on Feb. 9 and was the delivery date was pushed from 2/13 to 2/19 and now 2/26 still not received it. And the tracking didn't tell me when it will be here.

Lilac cashmere

The sweater is thin and extremely see through. I never would have bought it if I had seen it in person. It is warm and I like the color but I will have to wear a T-shirt underneath it for modesty. Since it was a final sale, I can't return it.
