Pay for a duvet but was sent a Santa Clause hat

I was sent a Santa Clause hat with"MITCH" embroidered on it. It came in a small little plastic envelope. I communicated with customer service and was sent this time a duvet pictured above. Because other order failures from Macy's I had no need for the duvet and returned. Then Macy's credited to themselves the price of the duvet that I returned since it was a replacement. So I am back in square one: I have a Santa Clause hat but I am charged for a duvet.

Not as advertised

I ordered white and it definitely arrived in more of a cream color and unfortunately I opened it so I cannot even return it. Dissatisfied 100%

True neutral beige/gray color

The cover is good quality. It has ties inside in the corners to help secure the duvet. It also has clear buttons at the bottom to close the duvet up. The only thing I don’t love about it is that it has a bit of shiny sheen to it. I thought it would be matte. Otherwise it’s beautiful.
