Lovely Duvet

I first bought the Charter Club 550 sheet set and I absolutely loved them, so I decided to get the Duvet Set and I was not disappointed. The cotton is excellent quality. I'm sleeping like a princess. Looking forward to getting another set of sheets and a duvet cover. I just need to decide on what color.

Very disappointed.

I purchased this hoping for decent quality. Unfortunately, after the very first wash, the fabric quality turned out to be really poor and it started to fray and fall apart. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Pay for a duvet but was sent a Santa Clause hat

I was sent a Santa Clause hat with"MITCH" embroidered on it. It came in a small little plastic envelope. I communicated with customer service and was sent this time a duvet pictured above. Because other order failures from Macy's I had no need for the duvet and returned. Then Macy's credited to themselves the price of the duvet that I returned since it was a replacement. So I am back in square one: I have a Santa Clause hat but I am charged for a duvet.
