Returning

I should have listened to some of the negative reviews. While it looks like a beautiful comforter set, after washing it on delicate cycle and drying it on low heat with dryer balls in the dryer to help separate it I removed it from the dryer and it was all bunched together with plastic sounding material on the interior of the comforter, breaking apart. So unfortunately, I have to return this item. I wonder if the people who gave it five stars didn’t wash it before placing it on their bed.

Heavier than I thought it would be so I will need to put it away for cooler months. But it’s nice quality so no complaints

Terrible Comforter

I purchased this comforter, washed and follow instructions before using. It is horrible it feels like some type of plastic inside. Cannot use the comforter. A very bad purchase. I do not recommend this product.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

After one wash the comforter is clumpy and hard. I followed all of the instructions on the tag to the T. I will be calling customer service on this one. Huge fan of charter club but very disappointed in this comforter. Not sure if they have changed how they manufacture or what but I have never had this problem with my winter charter club comforter or the charter club comforter on our guest best.

Beautiful Comforter

This comforter is beautiful. It's well made and durable. Especially pleased that I was able to buy it at a discounted price.
