Seams not cut on the bias, case does not lay flat. Some seams pulled apart when removed from package.

Where's My Order?

Have NOT received my order yet. Ordered on Dec 8. To be delivered on 12/13, then 12/15, then 12/17 and supposedly to be delivered on 12/19. But....UPS has NOT yet received to item. Extremely disappointing! Item needed for ill family member.
