Only lasted one year

I’m not sure what’s going on with these sheets but I have been buying them for over 20 years maybe 25 years. I buy these sheets for my kids as well. Who are adults. And they have been complaining that their sheets are ripping.as well. They don’t want me to buy them this kind anymore. It seems like the material is not as sturdy as it used to be. I have some sheets that I purchased 20 or so years ago same brand that are just fine but the newer sheets that we bought the last couple years keep ripping.. I ordered another set and if this set rips, I will be done.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased these sheets on a promotion that included 2 free pillows. I selected the free gift when checking out, but did not receive the pillows. When I contacted customer service, they said that I did not select the pillows and there was nothing they could do for me. The customer service person actually ended our correspondence instead of trying to right the situation.
