Not as soft as described

I was looking for a pillow for stomach sleepers and this is not it. It’s a good pillow and it reminds me of my memory foam pillow in its rebound so it would work great for a back sleeper. It’s just not malleable enough.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace!

I went back and forth on whether to purchase these pillows. I decided, as they were on sale, to give them a try. It was a wise purchase. I have slept really well since purchasing them. I was accustomed to having them while living in Europe. Foam pillows traditionally give me a headache. These pillows are soft and even allow me to sleep on my back.

Never got item despite being charged

Would love to review this item but they refused to deliver the item despite charging me for it. This request for a review after my many complaints and requests for them to call me and to correct the problem suggests just how downhill the customer service has gotten. Luckily I was able to dispute it through my credit card company.

Down Pillows that are soft as clouds!

I love these down pillows. I was a guest at my sisters home and she had them on her guest bed. I loved them so much I purchased a set myself.

Disappointed. Not what I was hoping for.

it is not as soft and moldable as other down pillows I have had. I got medium as I am side and back sleeper and can usually bunch up the down when I'm on my side and flatten it out when on my back. I can't do that with this pillow. It's just plain pouffy and not moldable. I got the sale price but even at that, for what it is I would not purchase this again. It just feels like an average pillow and was overpriced even at the sale price. I am disappointed as it's gotten very hard to find white down pillows.

Charter club white down medium pillow.

It is a wonderful pillow. Great quality. It was like laying my head on a cloud. Not real soft, but firm enough that it kept its shape and you didn’t have to keep fluffing it up.
