Returning this robe for a refund!

I unzipped this robe to try it on, and could not zip it up again. It has two zipper pulls, one facing up, and the other facing down, which seems unnecessarily complicated. The ends of the zipper are seemingly cheap plastic, which may be contributing to the difficulty in lining up the two sides of the zipper ends in the zipper pulls. Who would want to start their day like this?

Zipper broke

I'm very disappointed. The zipper had two tracks, one at the bottom and one at the top. Once opened the bottom zipper was impossible to rethread.
