Excellent product!

Super easy to use my aunt is who I bought it for and she was able to use it with no problem however she did lose the K-cup holder and we're looking for a replacement that's been a little difficult to find

Bad

Unable to find my model number i.e : RJ14-IC-LR-CA I’ve used it for a month or so and it is giving me trouble. Cleaned it multiple times. Still it’s not working properly. Wasted so much money on it.

Perfect size

Quick and Super easy. Small takes up very little counter space. Makes perfect amount of coffee without having to throw out left over coffee. Nice that there is the option to use k-cups or use ground coffee.
