I don’t have a very good experience poor quality

I don’t have a good experience. This is my fifth time buying one of your chef man coffee pots they keep breaking down on me less than a year. I just bought this one. August. Hope it works and last a long time this is the last time I’m buying one.

Not what I expected

It was relatively easy to use--until it started leaking. The first time it dumped about a cup of water on the floor, I didn't realize it was the pot. The second time it happened, it clearly was the pot and the water covered the counter as well as dripping on the floor.
