Frustrating

The manual is not in the box. I had to go online and get it. Tried to print it, but it would not print correctly on the paper. Couldn't read it very easily on my phone. I had to use my laptop. I really want a printed copy. Also, I was missing the silicone lid.

Top notch unboxing

I worked for Apple for 7 years and unboxing is something they do put a lot of effort on, I have had the opportunity to unbox thousands of high end products of all sizes and I was impressed with the utility vs experience I was able to get. For the price they are charging it’s an amazing unboxing experience, and I have high expectations on the product itself since I have been using the smart thermometer for multiple years.
