DO NOT BUY FROM CZC GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION

I bought this ring from the Macy’s website. However, CZC Distribution is the third party vendor. The ring which was sent through the USPS never actually got delivered. Macy’s asked me to get in touch with the vendor. My assumption was if I buy from Macy’s they should be taking responsibility for this. The vendor gives some roundabout explanation of asking neighbors if it was delivered to them. I know diversionary tactics when I see them. They are completely bogus!!!
