Intense Softness

I have been trialling this conditioner for a couple of weeks. It has left my hair feeling soft and easy to manage. My colour is still looking fresh. My hair is fine and I find that my hair feels a bit weighed down with this product but I will continue to use it once weekly from mid-length to ends as I like the deep condition it gives. The tub will last me a while as the product spreads on use - it also has an extra cover inside the lid, which must be to keep the product fresh but I find it hassle when trying to use it in the shower!

Luxurious hair mask

I received the Christophe Robin colour shield mask as a free sample to accompany the shampoo in the same range. I was very impressed with the product design as it was minimal and professional looking. The product itself felt like a real treat to use. A very thick creamy white mask, left on hair for about 3-5 minutes after using the shampoo. It felt lovely to apply though I find it too rich to use every day. I'd prefer a less herbal scent but it wasn't over powering. It works well as a once a week moisturising boost and I've noticed my hair feeling softer after use. Quite impressed over all.

My new favourite mask

When I first used the shampoo, I wasn't sure about this line/brand but once I put this mask on I was absolutely sold. It has a very herbal sort of smell. It's not offensive but it's not my preferred scent for hair care. I use with the matching shampoo and tend to leave the mask on between 10 and 20 minutes. After a blow dry my hair is lovely and soft and shiny with no residual scent. I'm now a total convert, love the way his makes my hair feel and look. It feels soft and strong and clean. The mask is very hydrating without weighing my fine hair down. I can't speak so much to the color preserving properties because my color is very old and washed out at the moment but regardless I am very happy. It makes me almost butt length hair look lovely and even with my length it lasts ages because you only need a tiny amount. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brand and will repurchase when these are used up.

Love love love this Mask!!!

Due to the lockdown, I had to wait some time to try this product but it was worth the wait!! It smells lovely (hence I was looking forward to using it!) and having coloured hair, I am always on the lookout for a product which prolongs my colour, while still nourishing my hair. If I am honest, I have always been quite happy with (and always seem to go back to) a particular brand, so was hoping this mask would be as good. It didn't disappoint! My hair was so silky smooth after using the Christophe Robin Colour Shield Mask and that silkiness actually lasted four days (I don't use products in my hair - just heat protecting spray) so I was impressed with that. As I already said, it smells lovely too and that stuck with me for the whole day. Unlike the Shampoo, which I used in conjunction with this mask, I did not have to use a large amount to feel like I had a good application. It was nice a creamy and was nice to work through my hair for great coverage. I had my hair coloured three weeks ago and have used the Christophe Robin Mask exclusively since then, so I could gauge whether it improves how my colour holds and I have to say my colour looks great. It hasn't faded and aside from my roots now starting to come through (something not even the best mask in the world can prevent) my colour looks as great as the day my stylist did it. So, on that front, the mask seems to do as it says on the label! Overall, I would recommend Christophe Robin Colour Shield Mask for coloured hair. If you want (very!) silky hair which holds its colour, then this mask will do the trick!!

A mask for colour protection, rather than rehydration.

My hair is thick, course, highlighted and needs extreme rehydration. This product I will continue to use, in order to lock in my colour, however for use to rehydrate my hair, I will need to look at other products in the range. Colour protection achieved, rather that restoration.

Beautifully scented mask

I received this mask and when I opened it I thought wow I love the small. I generally never buy masks usually only conditioner however its a nice idea every once in a while to use a treatment like this. My hair is coloured long and thick and has split ends due to straighteners etc. I used the mask at least once per week. And my hair felt instantly smooth when brushing no tugs like usual. After dry it sits beautiful with a lovely natural shine which I loved. When researching this product it is a little pricey for me with the shampoo and this would have to be on offer for me to purchase I think. I would definitely recommend it as you really notice the difference with it. I honestly just can't get over the smell it's beautiful.
