Don’t Buy

My 2 year old son was so excited for the train however the train overheated and did not work. Also the instructions are not good you can barely see what’s going on. The tracks falls off so easily. This set is made very cheap. This is my second time that I purchased trains set with tracks but the the trains never work. I will be returning it. Very bad quality

Nice set with tracks-train car does not work!

If the enclosed train car actually worked. Inside the box is a note to contact customer service if something is wrong, which I have done over and over, but no response from them! I can't send it back because 4 year old grandson tore apart the box, put the track together, and when he tried the car (which I put new batteries into it!), it did not work, so I assume there is something defective with the train car that comes with the set.

Don't buy this product

The train is not working. It's making some noise but not at all moving. I've reached out to customer care customerservice@alphagroup-us.com. I didn't get any response yet. So I would be returning this product this weekend.
