Does not work

There isn't a noticeable change when I apply this product twice per day to my eyelid. The truth is, I feel like I was scammed on this purchase.

I realy wanted to try this product, bought it twicw and both the times it seems like they sent used tubes. The secend replacement tube was practically empty. Macy's do a better job. May be not buy it from Macy's just this product atleast.
