Cancelled

I placed an order and tried using my coupon and it was cancelled!!!! I signed up and went through the hassle and ordered only for it to be cancelled? Help!!! FIX THIS. I tried ordering again but it said I used the coupon. If the order was cancelled my coupon should still work! This is annoying.
