Delayed shipping, cut cord to motor

This item had very delayed shipping. When it arrived, the cord to the motor was cut in half. Possibly die to the way it was packaged. I will say both companies were very prompt in handling the matter, but they slso a ted as if this wasn’t new. I have ordered a different style from the same company and got another delayed shipping notice. This is for my mother who had a stroke, and now had been without an elevated bed since coming home from rehab. I hope this other model works out.

adjustable bed frame

The bed frame works well, once we got it working! The company is difficult to communicate with as they are East Coast. When I asked for a new remote they sent 3 pages of directions to try, but the remote was a different one. We eventually got the remote paired by adding 2 9volt batteries to the mechanism under the bed. There were not any instructions for that, nor did they supply the batteries.
