The two liquids not coming out simultaneously.
The two liquids are not combined/mixed when they come out from the container no matter how well I shake the container before using. The white color liquid always stays until the other ingredient is used up. Please improve your product to make it comes out from the container simultaneously.

Horrible Allergic Reaction
I am a huge fan of Clarins and love the total eye lift product so decided to give this a try when it came out. My eyes are swollen, red, itchy, and flaking and there is no relief 3 days later

Great product Poor packaging
I have used this product for many years. Great product but the dispenser is bulky and not user friendly.. if you just lightly push on the pump, very little or just the clear serum comes out; if you push the pump all the way, excessive product comes out. Very frustrating! The intent of this review is to provide feedback to Clarins with the hope that you will consider changing the packaging to be more environmentally friendly. It is such a big bottle/pump for so little product. Yes the packaging has that up-market look and feel but for this particular serum, the pump does not work well.

年齢とともに瞼のたるみが出てしまい二重のラインも押され気味。以前はグランセラムVを使っていましたが引き締めは感じるもののもっと保湿が欲しいと思いこちらを使い始めました。引き締めと保湿のバランスが良く、目がぱちっとした感じがします。私にはなくてはならないアイテムとなり今回が３回目の購入です。ただ最後のほうになるとオレンジのジェルしか出てこなくなる。ここは改善して欲しいところなので☆４
