Waste of money. Stings eyes. Don't use.

Gave up using it after leaving my eyes stinging. Unfortunately it was a gift but looking at other reviews it seems there are loads of complaints regarding the new formula. Leaves skin sticky. Avoid before wasting your money.

Try both versions

After using the free sample I received, I decided to try the other version of this product, Instant Eye Makeup Remover. Comparing the two products, I noticed the “gentle” product wasn’t as effective as the “instant” product. It works well, just needed to rub a bit harder to get my mascara off
