    • Soak a cotton pad with makeup remover
    • Press gently over eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve eye makeup
    • Gently sweep down along lashes from root to tip, without tugging; then sweep up along the underside of lashes, lifting them as you go
    • Fold cotton pad, then gently move the pad toward the outer corner of the eye, following the direction of lymphatic circulation
    • Repeat process using a fresh cotton pad for the other eye

This is the only eye make-up remover that doesn't bother my sensitive eyes. Others make them burn. It gets the mascara off very easily.

Excellent product

Gentle eye cleanser to use in the mornings. I don't wear eye make-up but still feel that this, followed by eye cream is a great way to start the morning.

Gentle eye makeup remover

This is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. I have sensitive skin but this is gentle and still deep cleanses. I tend not to wear heavy eye makeup so this is perfect for a twice daily cleanse. I love Clarins products on the whole and have been using them for decades. I have great skin and no wrinkles around the eyes. So do use eye cream as well.

Not gentle nor does it remove waterproof mascara

This product really stings the eyes, despite it being called gentle and I have the Clarins waterproof mascara and this doesn’t get it off. Unfortunately, I am not happy with this product and shan’t be buying it again.
