Product has changed dramatically

I have used this product for over 20 years and I have noticed a huge difference in the product. It is nothing like it was in te ture, colour or feel. It seems so much cheaper My skin feels so dry after using it. This is the last time I will buy this product. You have changed the product without informing the customer.

Not drying yet cleans well

I love this product. I bought a sample size because I'm looking for a new cleanser for my maturing skin. I find the smell very pleasant. you need a very little amount and it foams up nicely and it cleans my face without drying. It has a little bit of grit in it but its very gentle even on my sensitive skin.

Very disappointed

I am so disappointed that Clarins have changed the formula of this product, which I have really liked for a few years now. This new one feels like a shaving foam, it smells a bit unpleasant and due the the overly foaming action, has stung just inside my nostrils. It sadly feels like a very inferior product now.
