My Go-To!

This is my go-to cleanser. It's gentle, feels calming instead of stripping any moisture out of my face like other brands do. I have menopausal skin so this is brilliant...it soothes and cleans.

Formula change

I've used Clarins for 30 years and sadly have had to find a replacement product. Why change a formula when it was amazing. You've kept my skin looking 10-15 years younger than my actual age for decades, and now we need to divorce.

I don't care for the fragrance.

This is the first time I have tried this (I should have opted for a sample in a prior order to try it first). The texture is lovely, I don't like the fragrance at all. It reminds me of the liquid soap supplied at rest stops, not unpleasant but somewhat industrial.
