Fake offers and misguided

Company released discount offer so I bought a shoes but now after 5-6 days of purchase when i supposed to get my product i am getting item not available how silly even i contacted customer service they can not help on this haha and even my money stuck for next 10 more days with them first time purchase with macys thank for make it work experience macys

Poor Sizing

I was excited to receive my size 12 as i have enjoyed a great fit in the past with the Clarks collection series. I was extremely disappointing in the fit and feel. the right shoe should have been labeled a 13 at least, and the left shoe a 12.5 with a tighter heel. Not sure who Clarks is farming out the manufacturing these days but there is no excuse for quality control. Thankfully the return process is easy. Moving forward i will no longer buy Clarks footwear online.
