Stiff sole runs large

I had to keep ordering smaller sizes, but then just gave up because my heel would not stay in the shoe when I walked because the sole is too stiff.

I bought these in black and brown to wear to work. They are super cute and comfortable. However, after wearing them a few times the suede started to rip in multiple areas on both shoes and both colors. While super cute and comfy I wouldn’t buy because they will start ripping. Save yourself the money and opt out of getting these. I see, through the reviews, many people have had the same issue. Sad 😞
