Macy’s is good way to buy what you need however…

It’s easy and efficient to order from Macy’s however, one of the products a pair of slippers was less than a good design. A pair of shoes I bought were very good so I’m happy with that.

Need a size 10.5

Loved these shoes and I am bummed I couldn’t find a proper fit for the length of my foot. The 11 was too long and loose and the 10 regular was too short and a bit snug. I so wish there was a 10.5 option. I had to settle for a different pair of Clarks that don’t feel as comfortable.

Who Sent Out Mismatched Shoes for Delivery?

Received the shoes yesterday and couldn't believe that someone would have put one brand new shoe still wrapped in plastic bag, and a shop-worn, scuffed up shoe to send out. Are you kidding me? Where is quality control? Shoes are going to be returned. So disappointed. This is not the quality I've come to expect.

Run narrow

Although I never need to order wide shoes, I did this time based on the reviews. I’m glad I did because the wide fits perfectly. They are very comfortable and I’m happy with the style and color. Would be 5 stars if it for the sizing discrepancy.
