Unsatisfied with return procedure

The shoes looked great but they are too small. I tried to start a mail return and I entered my rewards but your website would not let me return without paying the $10 shipping fee. I do not live close to a store.,

Nice Shoes

Nice shoes but not as comfortable as my old Clark pumps which I could wear all day without problems.

Good but not great.

I was looking new leather oxford type pump shoes for fall. The Clarks Emily2 pumps were a bit matronny, leather a bit cheap and toe box tight for me. I returned these shoes. The size true to size. Macy's online service and delivery were great as always.
