Purchased 2 of the same items. One of them did not work. That was not good for 2 little girls on Christmas:/
Very nice toy with a few confusing bits.
Tested this out on our 5 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it! Everything is very good quality and none of the items feel cheap or easily broken. Wheels roll well, and the whole thing stays together through all of her abuse (i.e. 5 year old wear and tear). A few things confuse us, though. There were no instructions as is usually the case with these types of toys. Once you open the suitcase, everything is held into place by a thin plastic tray on each side with shapes cut out for all the items. I assumed these were supposed to be removed after purchase, but when I unscrewed a couple Of the screws, the big plastic posts they screw into were still there and kind of in the way. So, I guess these cheap thin plastic “display” trays with cutouts for each item are supposed to stay in place. That seems weird because the only way to load it up with any play luggage is to put it all back like you were putting it back on display at the store. Secondly, the closing mechanism is pretty tight. It gets to about 80% closed and then you have to push really hard to close it the rest of the way. It makes a loud snapping sound like something is trying to break, and you better hope your fingers aren’t in the way because it could hurt. Sure, those sound kind of annoying, but really, that is all they are. Again, the quality on this toy and the parts used are very nice compared to the usual toys of this type/price range. Hopefully, those concerns are user error and aside from them, we highly recommend this product.

SO CUTE
My daughter played with this thing for 2 straight days after we got it, and she's 6! It's so cute. It comes with a fake phone, charger, passport, and some other things. The suitcase is short though and it would be perfect if the handle came out to be a little taller. But other than those two things it's adorable!! Any little girl would adore this!

Fun
My 9yo enjoyed playing with this set but it is probably better for younger girls around 5-7 years old. The theme is heavy on princess and had lots of small things included. Suitcase was cute and can be used for other things. It also has a code to be locked which young his love!

So cute!
This toy is so cute. My daughter loves to pull the suitcase around and play pretend. It comes with a good amount of toys inside and they’re adorable and very realistic looking for toys. My daughter especially likes the hand sanitizer toy. The lock on the suitcase is a fun addition and I like that it doesn’t actually lock. It entertains my kid for the longest time.
