Facial Soap Pump Problem

The whole package is nice except for the 6.7 oz soap pump which does not work. I ordered a 13,5 oz soap and the pump does not also work. Can Clinique or Macy's mail me a replacement pump for both 6.7 and 13.5 oz soap.

Perfect Skin Care Set

I've been using clinque for over 40 years. Have tried other brands but always come back to these products. Product works well and isn't too harsh on skin. I have sensitive skin and allergies and these products are perfect for me. I like that you get a travel size too with the set. I keep them in a zip lock bag and save them for when I travel.

Will buy again

I was afraid that my extra dry/sensitive skin wouldn’t do as well with this set, but I’m not disappointed. My skin feels more elastic, my skin is less red, and have I had had 0 issues with any sensitivity. It’s so nice to have the travel size as a bonus.

Didn't work well for me.

I tried the 3 step system for a few days. It dried out my skin quite a bit and lead to breakouts. I had patches of dried skin on my face, including my nose (which is oily). The exfoliant doesn't seem to work well and stings a bit likely due to the alcohol content. I tried the exfoliant on a patch of scaly skin. It didn't remove the dead cells well especially compared to other exfoliants I have used. The lotion was okay, but nothing remarkable. It smelled like milk to me; not pleasant. I have a slightly oily T-zone.
